Rebecca's rhetoric

What a freaking mess.
One “out of the box” question snowballs into a frenetic scramble to protect the truth.
Rebecca casually posed the somewhat innocent rhetorical question in bed one evening. “Kevin sweetie, would you like me to cuckold you?”
How do you answer that? “No way, Jose. Are you kidding?” Kevin obviously acted horrified.
Rebecca smiled. “Honey, it’s a hypothetical question, and there’s no need to act upset.” Rebecca dons her cute reading specs and continues to enjoy her sexy romance novel. Then she winks.
That’s the moment Kevin’s nightmare turns to reality. When reality blends with fiction, and when fiction becomes a nightmare. The cycle self-perpetuates. His mind is electrified.
Kevin, a screenwriter, is worried. Rebecca, his gorgeous bride, is gushing over her leading man. Kev wrote the TV series, Missionary Man, specifically for wife Rebecca, a starlet in the making, and he hoped her landing the leading role might garner attention and exposure, and lead to big things.
Stop it you guys, that’s naughty thinking. Okay, yeah, you’re right. It did lead to big things.
But you can’t blame Kev. He didn’t pick the leading man, the producers did, and without his knowledge. Damn.
Stupid, stupid, Kevin. Why didn’t he think things through? Of course Rebecca would fall for a hunk like Matt Mason. Muscled, six-four, brick house outhouse solid, and with a smile that could melt tungsten. And why did he write a screenplay where the gorgeous hot wife of a writer dweeb falls for a hunk like Mason? And why did he write those goddamned love scenes, where the two gorgeous specimens of humanity are doing it behind the pathetic clueless husband's back?
Stupid story! Nightmarish.
Follow along as our Kev suffers cuckold anxiety and watches while his world implodes. Is it really necessary for Rebecca and Matt to practice those awful scenes?
